15. What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up? Why would it be hard to lose?

- Well, my relationship with the Lord would most definitely be the hardest thing for me to give up, it would be hard because (and I say this in the least cliche way possible) well when everything is melting, coming apart, breaking, separating, disappearing… He keeps me together and when everything is bad, hurtful, hard, impossible, dreadful.. He is good. And when things are wonderful, grand, superb, magnificent and great, just all good… I have to share it with Him. And He provides all of that for me… willingly I might add… plus so much more! and for me to give up a gift like that would just be inconceivable.. I could not bare to lose the rock on which I stand, He keeps me grounded though all the while keeping my head in the clouds out of harms way as it tries to creep into my head and plant silly, horrible things. And He loves me.. He teaches me things about myself on a daily basis, like to laugh, to accept myself, to treat others the way I’d like to be in return, and to love everyone the same way. He let’s me fly and see new perspectives and all the same He makes me dive depths in search of wisdom and of His heart.. of all the secrets this world holds for Him to show me and to open I choose Him every time. Just like He’d choose me. Every time. He’s given me everything that makes me happy and helped me through everything that’s made me sad. With this being said, Connor is next I’d say. And i know what you’re thinking, “wow…. she’s really going into depth about this…” and, “ashley you were only supposed to choose one…” and, “wouldn’t you choose something like family… or something that’s been here longer than your relationship with this boy?..” To answer those I say yes, yes, and no. I chose connor because he loves me in all the ways that one can be loved. He has my very best interest at heart, he loves me like my father does and gives me advice as he would, he gives me respect like my brother does and a councilor just as my sister would, he gives me encouragement to chase after all my dreams like my mother, comforts me as all best friends should do, and provides all of the love and intimacy I need from a husband. (To all of you out there in search of what mr. or mrs. right looks like, it’s that.) Love in its entirety.
